I'm gonna start this off with some FAQ info. Enjoy!

What is a HairSpell Wig?
It is a full wig with an open section (U-Part) to wear your hair out. It can be made with a middle part or side part (left or right). It works like a sew-in weave, but will put less strain on your hair. You can easily apply it and remove it, which gives you more options when sleeping, swimming or exercising. This is an especially good option for black hair, although it could really work with any hair type.

HairSpell wigs can be made in a variety of colors, lengths, and hair types. In my store, you will find some basic models listed, but more customized options are available. Simply contact me to let me know the look you are trying to achieve! I can also construct a HairSpell wig with the hair of your choice – you purchase the hair, send it to me, and I will send you back the finished product.

How are HairSpell wigs styled?
Your wig will come to you with a basic bump or curls and some layering, but the curls may fall after a couple days of wearing (as it would with your natural hair or weave). You should feel free to get creative with styling your wig – with big curls, beach waves, spirals, etc...

How do I apply a HairSpell wig?
It's very easy – Part a u-shaped section of your hair that matches the opening of your HairSpell wig, and then snap the front of the wig in place with the pressure-sensitive clips. Then anchor in the comb in the back of the wig, and feel free to use a bobby pin or two to ensure that it stays firmly in place. You can also section out parts of the front and nape of your hairline for further blending, but this is not necessary.

How do I blend in my natural hair with a HairSpell wig?
With a flat iron and/or curling iron, straighten and curl your own hair to match that of your wig. For curly looks, you may want to use a barrel waver, or twist or braid your hair to match the curl pattern of your wig. Usually, straight looks or big curls can be blended by combing after curling. With curly looks, it helps if you mix your hair in with the wig by twisting the two hairs together or carefully tucking your natural pieces under the hair of the wig.

How do I blend in my natural hair with EasyPiecey extensions?
It helps to choose a color and texture that is similar to your natural hair. This will require less manipulation in the styling of your natural hair. Having a layered hair cut will also help with the blending process and create a very natural look. Simply apply your hair extensions, then curl your hair as you normally would.

How long will a HairSpell wig or EasyPiecey extensions last?
While a regular weave may only last you a couple weeks or months at most, your HairSpell wig should last for years, with proper care and maintenance. I recommend washing your hair piece once every 1-2 weeks of consistent wear in lukewarm water with gentle shampoo and moisturizing conditioner. Gently massage the product into the hair and rinse. After washing, allow your piece to air dry with a leave-in conditioner (especially applied to the ends). I also suggest refraining from use of styling products with alcohol, as it can dry the hair out.

In what ways can I customize a HairSpell wig?
You can create your dream look by using different types or textures of hair, colors, and lengths. You can also request for a smaller or larger u-part section.

In what ways can I customize my EasyPiecey extensions?
You can choose from a variety of colors and lengths, as well as textures for your hair extensions. You can also request more pieces (for an additional cost). If you are unsure of your hair color number, send me a photo of your hair and we can discuss matching options!

Are lower cost options available?
While I prefer the use of the highest quality hair for any hair pieces I construct, I can make a custom wig with non-remy or synthetic hair. This would only be upon request. However, I recommend investing in the best hair to ensure a natural, long-lasting look with the least amount of tangling, shedding or matting.

How long will it take to receive my HairSpell wig or EasyPiecey hair extensions?
While I aim to get each hair piece out as early as possible, please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your hair piece; the time is necessary to ensure that I can obtain the specific materials required to make each custom item, and to allow enough time as I make every hair piece by hand.
